Simple, transparent pricing
No subscriptions, no surprises. You only pay when you publish a tournament or take a paid registration.
Your first tournament is free.
- Charged to your card on file when you publish (after your first).
- Plus applicable GST/HST at your province's rate.
- Draft, edit, and plan as much as you like — you're only charged at publish.
Deducted automatically when a player pays.
- Funds flow directly to your bank via Stripe — you're the merchant of record.
- GST/HST on this commission is billed monthly to your card on file.
- Free divisions incur no commission — only paid registrations are charged.
A worked example
For a $25.00 entry fee:
| Player pays | $25.00 |
| CourtSauce commission (3.7% + $1.79) | −$2.72 |
| Estimated Stripe processing fee | −$1.03 |
| You receive (approx.) | $21.25 |
GST/HST on the commission is billed separately each month to your card, and is recoverable as an input tax credit if you're registered. Entry fees themselves are your supply — CourtSauce never adds tax to what your players pay.
